Suspend reality for a moment, and lets say all videogame characters have multipurpose genitalia, allowing two 'males', two 'females', two 'animals' or any given combination of these three to have children. Suspend it even further to believe all exclusivity deals broke down allowing all characters to date each other. Suspend it further than that, and imagine what freakish offspring the videogame characters would have. Here's my (extremely warped) vision of the real future of gaming...children:
(NB: <3 is a heart, just look at it sideways)
Scorpion <3<3<3 Kirby: Scorpion, as we all know, is the coolest Mortal Kombat character. So what could possibly be cooler? His child, mothered by Kirby, of course! A big, pink ninja that shoots projectiles...brilliant.
Mario <3<3<3 Nemesis: Mario is the cute cuddly platforming God, and Nemesis is a huge zombie monster...they're the original gaming odd couple! I'm sure it's not just me that's had dreams of a 20-foot tall undead Italian plumber with a moustache made up of the limbs of the S.T.A.R.S. team...this would make it a reality!
Bowser <3<3<3 Lara Croft: Here's another Mushroom Kingdom character, doing what every pervy 13 year old Playstation owner has dreamed of for years - having it off with Ms Croft! A hulking great bad-guy with big bouncy boobs, a pony-tail and tight buttocks...chubby David Ginola could play her in the film!
An Orc from Warcraft III <3<3<3 a squad page from Championship Manager 01/02: It's big, green and from sci-fi...it's got no personality...it's a Geek God!
Joanna Dark <3<3<3 Raiden: Two of the most hated people in gaming, the inferior successor of Bond and the inferior second playable character of MGS2, could have the most bullied child ever. Girly blonde hair, an annoying voice, and always having to protect something that's trying its best to get killed.
Samus <3<3<3 Kirby again: the big blobby loverat could help contribute to a scientific first; with Samus being able to roll up into a ball, and Kirby being fluffy and pink...they could be the first couple to ever give birth to a testicle.
Pikachu <3<3<3 Tommy from Vice City: Not just an adorable electric yellow mouse, an adorable electric yellow mouse WEARING A HAWAIIN SHIRT!
JC Denton <3<3<3 Pac-Man: Just imagine being able to upgrade Pac-Man! You could make a yellow 2D pill-eating lock-picker with laser eyesight!!
So, if you could see two characters get jiggy, who would they be, and what would their child be like?
