Im in that grondos city but I cant find Dodongo's Cavern I've been looking for it for hours.

Are you playing the game right now in your room?
As you exit Goron city head right, on the right you will see a fence and a bomb plant. Pick up a bomb and throw it over the fence, it should land at the opening at the bottom of the volcano blowing it open
Have you talked with the Master Goron?
Anyway go out of the goron city and walk to the right (when you have your back to the entrance) and get to a place with a lone Goron and a bomb plant. Get on top of the ledge to his right (your left) and look down to see a boulder blocking a hole. Pick up a bomb and chuck it down there so it blows up the boulder. Hey presto there's Dodongos cavern.
Anyway go out of the goron city and walk to the right (when you have your back to the entrance) and get to a place with a lone Goron and a bomb plant.
