i'm sorry if this topic has been done before, i just wanted to know on gta3 in portland is the BLUE thing on the map(phone in hedburn hights) still there even though you've done the missions on it?
i have done 95% and its annoying that the phones still ring when you've passed the missions!
Does anyone feel my annoyance?
Does the bue phone still appear on your mapof portland??
thanks

It carries on ringing so you can try to beat your best time on the "TURISMO" race.
Look on your "stats" and you'll see your best time.
If you want to try and beat your time, you can just go to the ringing phone and race it again.
It's the same with the "BLING BLING SCRAMBLE" race on Staunton Island.
