Ahh...so what if a person like me has never owned a Fifa game beforem you would still say it'll be good for a newcomer??
I'm never ever going to buy another Fifa game again.
Fifa 96 was cool (my first true PC game).........then 97 was ok...then 98 was 'um, same game' and so it went on.

As always, FIFA is bad - very bad. 2003 may have improved graphics, animation, dribbling, etc. But the fundamentals of the game are as bad as they ever were - it just doesn't play like football. If magazine reviewers had the balls to give FIFA games the very low scores they deserve, alot less people would be asking this question in the first place.
u actually played it...... cos GC owners have only got ISS 2 which isnt GREAt by no means.
