I'm now on mission 19 'st. petersburg revisited' and i've got a bit of a problem. I've got the SVD sniper and when i get to the window nd try to snipe the russian guy nothing happens. I thought there was a fault with this particular time, so i restarted my xbox and still the same. I then tried sniping sum innocents and still the same, I cant kill them. Is this meant to happen, or am I just not lining up my shots right? please help me Nomad

Okay, in this mission you've been "set up".
The bullets in the sniper rifle are blanks - that's why you can't top anybody.
You've got to go into the Puskin Building and sort the situation at close quarters.
Things unfold from there.
