All I'll say is that not all AV software is fantastic with open port style virii: I'd check to make sure and bookmark the site for the future. After all you don't people asking too many questions about how the shhep got its mouth THAT far open.

no its ok,
trust me,
the gba emulator did have a virus on it but ive got a virus scanner/detector and a virus remover on my pc so it detected it and removed it from the emulator.
so now i have an emulator for free! cool!
i suppose the guy who did it wouldve thought i wouldve just opened it and started to play thus putting the virus on my pc because he may have thought im like that.

i also noticed the whole thing you tried to do,

Um, Hercules!, just to be serious for a minute: not every hacker is nice enough to give you a gba emulator. Some can really mess up your computer. I'd reccomend going to http://www.blackcode.com/scan/ to see if you've got any open ports/trojan horse virii. If you've already been got once, it might be pushing your luck to get caught a second time.
