1 VM Unit (memory card)
1 Lightgun
5 games: Crazy Taxi, House of the Dead, Power Stone,
Resident Evil C:V and Toy Commander.
This is all in good condition and come with instructions.

Very cheap mate. Are you planning to use the cash to get a PS2? I would wait until next year to get it, as it will get cheaper, plus there are more good quality games.
