The annual Gadd Science inc. newsletter for the more technical residents of the Mushroom Kingdom!
In today’s newsletter:
1: FLUDD and Paintbrush testing complete!
2: New ghost busting hover completed!
3. Brief Professor E GADD and GADD science inc. history!
1: Professor E Gadd of GADD Science incorporated today confirmed the completion of his two most ambitious projects to date.
The Flash Liquidizer Ultra Dosing Device or FLUDD as it has been known was completed in GADD science incorporated factory FIVE (or the FLUDD factory as it has been dubbed) late last year. FLUDD was designed as a multi-tasking device used predominately to clean. FLUDD’s initial design was a simple backpack style jet hose and has since incorporated extra additions and optional upgrades. FLUDD is designed for those assigned community service and special council workers (cleaners). FLUDD’s hovering abilities, rocket upgrade, turbo upgrade and jet hose is used so council workers can reach harder to reach places which have remained uncleaned for generations. FLUDD also uses top of the range AI equipment that allows FLUDD to think and talk by himself, his only desire is to ‘be of assistance’. FLUDD testing was completed by test subject Mario in association with the testing of the legendary paintbrush.
Professor E GADD himself (Despite remained unfinished due to production on FLUDD) designed the Paintbrush. The paintbrush’s completion wasn’t to E GADD’s true depiction of the product. ‘It is awesome yet there were many additions that were never finished’. The paintbrush is almost opposite to FLUDD; it is designed for graffiti artists who wish to draw on walls as quickly as possible. It allows a quick design print to be inputted into the system and then at a flick of a switch paints the symbol; it can also squirt high volumes of paint all over the floor. Upgrades are also available including the ability to make fire and electric paint in order to help make it harder to clean up. In order to protect yourself from this type of paint a special cocoon needs to be formed, the shape is up to you yet it makes you appear watery in design. The tester for this project wished to stay anonymous whilst he messed up test area Isle Delfino; Mario tested FLUDD in attempting to clean it up. FLUDD turned out to be the greatest success and the paintbrush has sadly gone missing. Sprinter Il piantissimo is rumoured to have acquired the brush after ‘the accident’ and E Gadd desires to speak with the strange resident of Isle Delfino.
2. The brand new ghost busting Hoover Poltergust 3001 hopes to sort out the problems discovered with the Poltergust 3000. Tester Luigi discovered that the Poltergust 3000 suffers capacity problems and one large ghost filled up the tank, he also discovered that the size and weight of the system made the plumber unable to jump. These problems have been fixed with a small lightweight compartment with a small compressor within giving it 4 times the space the original Hoover possessed. It also comes bundled with a free ice, fire and water upgrade compartment so you can try them before you buy them, these upgrades last a very limited time as opposed to the longer lasting ones that are sold separately. Testing will soon go underway with this new design.
3. Professor E GADD started out in as a small time inventor with his company called “shizuum” he invented his portrait changing ghost machine and began catching ghosts. After a successful ghost catching business, which he still continues today, he used the money to create larger science incorporation called GADD Science inc. here he developed further ghost catching abilities and numerous other inventions. Through his new business he has met many celebrities including classic hero duo Mario and Luigi. Expect Professor E Gadd to have an even larger influence over the future shape of the mushroom kingdom.
