I don't feel cheated. I bought my console on launch day at the midnight opening and I'm happy that I did. I'm enjoying the X-Box and its games and if Microsoft want to do this to increase sales then fine - more sales means even more support and commitment from third party developers which means more games to my wants list. :-)
