this took me 2 hours to type this so read it!!!

These are some of my ideas for gta4.
1.have like a 20mm cannon on the back of a truck
2.have a sword
3.have a crossbow
4.have a semi with a trailer
5.have 4-wheelers
6.be able to choke people
7.bring back burps and farts from gta2
8.have city hold concerts and games for when you r bored
9.get a wider variety of weapons
10.be able to go to a garage and get upgrades on your car
11.have people selling hotdogs
12.have lots of houses with lawns and sprinklers
13.break into houses and steal money or a safe
14.a garbage dump for the garbage trucks to go to
15.use grappling hooks to get over walls
16.more realistic army vehicles
17.rob the bank at any time
18.have a monster truck rampage
19.alot more common city vehicles
20.have tourist peds with cameras
21. Make it so the charachter can talk to people in the street etc
22. Make the buildings more interactive, ie being able to go into them and use stuff, like chairs and stuff as seen in driver 2
23. Another element from driver 2 would be to allow the charachter to use buttons and switches and stuff to open gates, garages, doors etc.
24. Better and more variety of cars and COLOURS!!!!!
25. A camera view from inside the car so that when we select it and are looking out from inside the car we can see the dashboard, steering wheel, etc
26. have indicators on cars that can be operated whilst driving
also more missions in vehicles by pressing R3. For Example, they could add skateboard to the game, you would press R3, and the object would be to go around the city and spray paint your gang's logo on a building. Another one would be a new bicycle in the game and when you pressed R3 you could be a paperboy!I would want that to be like an ambulance mission where you start with one place to go add then two and so on.
27. Accessable catwalks on the side of the buildings, they are there, so let us get to them
28. Since motorcycles have a complex physics system, how about ATVs(four-wheelers), maybe even a jet ski, I think they would be an excellet addition
29. I think EVERYONE will agree that we all want the ability to fly an arcraft of somesort in the game, preffeably a helicoptor
30. Being able to duck would be nice
31. I think they already thought of this, but, it would be tight to be able to hang on to a car (the outside)
32. Lastly, the Respect meter would be greatly appreciated
33:When on the streets, if a cop sees you beat someone up, you can convince the cop that he is the one that started it!

36:Have alot more gangs, and be able to join a gang at your own will, and also be able to leave a gang.
37:Be able to pickpocket people, instead of beating them up, and or killing them.
38:Be able to steal helecopters, and land them anywhere you want.(on people etc)
39:Make flying airplanes, alot more easier.
40:have more than one type of cop car.(not just the black, and white ones all the time)
41:Be able to pull people out of the car, and throw a grenade in the seat, and molotovs.
42:Have at least over 200 missions to do.
43:Be able to choose a difficulty setting.
44:Be able to get out of your car, and swim, when you land in the ocean(c'mon please, no more cheap deaths.)
45:Be able to do drive-bys with more than just an uzi.
46:Be able to change your clothes at your hide out so the cops wont reconize you.
47:Have more types of cop uniforms, not the same ol thing again and again and again.
48:When you fail a mission, have a "try again?" option.
49:When you get wasted, and you go to the hosipital, be able to get your weapons back.
50:Have higher car duribility, because I hate geting blown up by the mafia everytime I drive threw there!
51:Have more radio stations, and have "chatterbox" back.
52: Some simple RPG elements, like the stamina in gta3 that improved more as you ran... I'd like to improve fighting, the more you do it, and maybe more accurate weapons.
53: A great range of cars, is not useful to me at all... i think 60+ cars is enough... however, a bigger range of vehicles may be nice. I'd like a motor cycle, a normal cycle bike... skateboard... rollerblades... i'd like em all in the game, not even having to control em, but it would be nice to see a ped blading, or cycling. adds realism
54: Cops that arrest other people besides you.
55: Ability to join just a gang, so for example... you could join a gang of 4 people. You would do missions for the gang, and as you succeed, the whole gangs respect raises. Then that gang is employed by Mafia, or someone. You and your agng work together on certain missions, in others they do some stuff for the mafia, and you do other things. Eventually this would lead to you proving yourself as Mafia material, and you become a full fledged Mafia guy, leaving your gang behind... when this happens, you then start walking around in Mafia clothes.
56:Peds carrying weapons... dont know why, but it seems to me, that in a place as violent as this game, that all peds would have at least a pistol to defend themselves, i mean, all gangs have one... why not a youthful ped, who aint in a gang?
57:More of the car missions, like being an Ice Cream man... milkman (new car needed of course) maybe even delivery guy, if you steal a UPS truck.
58: Maybe animals... again not hard to do, cause it a simple animation, and you dont need to interact, so it be nice to see a cat or dog walking in the park. As apposed to only seeing birds, lie we are now.
59: Needing to get a new location for your hideout occasionally. It seems to me, that if you getting chased by the army, and you go to your base. They'd know where you live, and storm the place from then on. So i think there should be multiple bases in each island, that you can use. And if you lead the police there, when your wanted level is above two, and they follow you more... then you should have to move. And to do this, you'd pick up all your gun from outside (provided they keep the same pickups) youd get in a car and drive. If the cops hit you as you driving, you lose a pick up, it falls from the car and you have to retrieve it or leave it... when you egt to your base, it becomes your new home, and the things are put in the base as they were before. As long as you have em all, if you dropped one and forgot to pick it up, then you no longer get it at your base, and you have to earn it back some how.
60: be able to have a multiplayer so you and a friend can do robberies and break each-other out of prison and lead the police in different directions if you are being chased and being able to start a riot together and if one of you dies the other has to put him in the backseat of a car and take him to the hospital.

As long as you have em all, if you dropped one and forgot to pick it up, then you no longer get it at your base, and you have to earn it back some how.
60: be able to have a multiplayer so you and a friend can do robberies and break each-other out of prison and lead the police in different directions if you are being chased and being able to start a riot together and if one of you dies the other has to put him in the backseat of a car and take him to the hospital.
