"Age of Mythology Demo"

Downloading it right now, Should be good, it's reveiwed in the latest issue of PCGamer, who gave it 90% and called it the best "Age Of..." game yet. Hopefully the demo will be a good indication of the quality of the game, it certainly looks the best of the series, I wounder if it will play as well.

Yep, far more mythical creatures and hero units this time, but it still also feels allot like previous 'Age of' games. I think fans are going to love this one, it has amazing graphics, the same old settlement building mechanics as well as a wealth of great new ideas thrown in like the ones I mentioned above.

One feature I like, and I'm sure others will like are the new 'God Powers' you can get. These can only be used once, but can cause a huge amount of damage. On the demo in tutorial mode you get to use the very impressive Meteor Storm, which send huge meteorites crashing down on to where ever you selected which basically flatten everything in the area you selected. Describing it as Impressive would be an understatement.

Overall, though it’s a demo, I think the main game will be great. I wasn’t much interested in getting it before I played the demo, but now I realise if I miss this game (As I missed the other age of games) I’d be missing out on allot.
