Ah project ego i know what you mea i cant wait for this game, the game year varys, you might get locked in a cell and you oly have one chance a year to escape so the time of the year speeds up so it all depends, release date is sometime in 2003.
Your first question - that info hasn't been released yet. They've only been letting out small bits of info regarding the game.
As for the second question, I think its due around Summer next year. :-)
