Okay. TSP2 and Metroid Prime are a given. I am getting them no matter what.
However, I love FPS, so I'm looking at the others on Cube:

If you've got the option, get a PS2! Much better games, potential and a controller that blows the X-Box away. The online service is also going to be bigger and probably better.

Also i love FPS than any other genre, i even love AUF, the only one i really wont be getting is turok as i prefer shooting human type opponents.

Turok Evolution and Timesplitters 2 are both excellent, but the only other FPS game I'm getting in the future is Metroid Prime. None of the others interest me, to be honest.
First of all, Metroid Prime is a First-Person Adventure and not a First-Person Shooter. It plays like an FPS, but it has a large number on Adventure elements - inlcuding the abillity to roll-up into a ball and drop bombs as you crawl through small pipes and spaces.
A real 'Must-Have' title!

My moneys on Bond - the in game footage looks impressive and I really hope it converts. Die Hard looks good, but I think I saw a review score of 5/10 somewhere on the net. Not played MOH but I have heard it gets a bit boring after the Omaha Beach level, which does look amazing though. Best wait for the reviews before making your choice - thats what I'm doing anyway.
