This rumour was out well before the release of the GC becuase of sega going mutil format, hope it will happen in the next one, there must be one..this time with ALL the nintendo characters :)

someone does this every year - IGM, i think. They make a fake picture and release it on April Fools day, ive seen a picture somewhere and it says 04/01/02 (stupid american way of writing the date) and then everyone believes it
