Should I try and sleep or play more geetar?

I always find I play better guitar at about 2/3 in the morning.

if you can't sleep stare at a computer screen at 2 am while watching something weird (porn or tom and jerry should do it)and eventually your eyeballs will rot out and then you will have the equivalent of sleep, or yeah, just play the guitar as loud as possible.

Cos then he won't be aloney and be able to still spy out of the bedroom window :)

Play more geetar. If you can't sleep, why should you let the neighbors sleep?
