‘And it’s about time too, I’m hungry. Come in and put the food on the table.’ A voice shouted from inside the room.
‘You heard her, take in the food the cook gave to you.’ Allardini said to Shaneo.
‘Erm…um….what food?’ Shaneo asked innocently.
‘You didn’t eat it did you?’ Allardini glared at Shaneo.
‘Yes and no.’ Shaneo replied.
Allardini started to bang his head against the wall,
‘What do you mean by ‘yes and no’?’ he sighed.
‘I started to eat it but then I didn’t like it so I fed it to a dog which was by the sewing room.’ Shaneo quietly said.
‘Just get in there.’ Allardini replied pushing Shaneo in and following, checking so no guards saw them.
They came into a bright room, richly decorated with bright, flourishing colours. There was a large stained glass window at the end of the room, in front of the window sat a blonde haired girl. The girl smiled at Shaneo and his companion,
‘How the hell did you get back in here, Allardini, I thought my father told you not to come back to this castle because you kept sneaking into the wrong places, he tightened security because he knew that you would come back.’
‘I just like this place your majesty, my friend Shaneo…Shaneo, where are you?’ Allardini said after noticing that Shaneo had disappeared. He turned and saw that Shaneo had been looking at the wonderful tapestries on the walls.
‘Just looking at the stitched up thingies,’ he stroked on of the tapestries, ‘amazing.’ He said in awe.
‘Excuse me Mademoiselle,’ Allardini smiled at the girl, ‘my friend is new to these places, please forgive him.’ He walked up to Shaneo and whispered in his ear, ‘Watch your manners in front of a princess, Shaneo, especially the princess of your home, she could burn it down.’
Shaneo turned around and said ‘No, you can’t burn the forest of light, it’s special, and Iguana lives there in the guardian temple of the forest.’
‘Just shut up.’ Allardini said in a tired, aggravated voice, ‘I’ve had enough of you for one day, why do you have to be so goddamn cocky, just listen to princess Mystique,’
‘Did you just say the name ‘Shaneo’?’ Mystique said in a surprised voice.
‘Oh god, don’t tell me that you know this burden.’
‘I don’t, well, not exactly. I’ve been taught about the prophecy of light that is meant to come true at this age.’
Shaneo looked up and said ‘Iguana the goddess of the forest didn’t tell me much about the prophecy, could you tell me a bit more about it please?’
‘Now I can have a rest.’ Allardini said, sounding like he was about to fall asleep.
‘I may as well tell you seeming that Allardini is falling asleep,
Years ago, in a time of darkness, the evil-minded king, Stryke (sorry), who had caused many decades of sorrow and despair, gained new powers. These powers were so dangerous they could destroy the earth and all inhabitants. The 4 priests from each surviving village and towns gathered to destroy the king with their own powers. Each priest had an elemental power, fire, water, earth and air. They gathered at King Stryke’s castle and surrounded it, trapping him inside. Then, they summoned their powers and trapped him inside a crystal, the crystal that all matter depends on, if this crystal’s power is unleashed then all life will be destroyed.
The prophecy tells of two powerful beings that attempt to release the crystal’s power for their use. It also tells of the descendants of these 4 priests, Shaneo, holder of the earth’s power, Lord Badger, holder of the flying power, Toni Cabbarini, the holder of the burning power and Little Hedgehog, holder of the flowing power. 4 will gather, 4 will fight, 4 will win. That is what the prophecy says.
And now, the prophecy is coming true, but, the prophecy didn’t mention that…Homerus Beerus Solidus and Edgy both being inhuman. This is going to be a dreadful time, for all of us.
That’s all I can tell you about the prophecy, use this to your advantage, find the other three. Lord Badger is the nearest, he lives in a nearby village.’
At this point, Allardini was in a deep sleep and Shaneo had to shake him like a maniac. Shaneo thanked Mystique and the two wanderers left. Then they realised that they’d have to get out of the castle quickly, to stop ˝ pint from getting to Lord Badger to kill him.
‘Ummm, we need to get out of the castle quickly, what should we do?’ Allardini asked Shaneo, Shaneo thought for a while and then ran to the nearest group of guards shouting unmentionable insults at them, Allardini soon realised what Shaneo was doing and joined in.
‘Get those two and throw them out of the castle, such language, and Allardini was banished from the castle.’
The guards grabbed them and led them through the castle. They passed the sewing room again, this time it was full of girls their age. The girls laughed as soon as they saw the big smirks on Allardini’s and Shaneo’s faces.
‘So they were the ones shouting all that stuff, oh well, boys will be boys.’ One of the girls said and all the others laughed.
‘Well done, you managed to get back in again Allardini, only to be thrown out again.’ Another one shouted.
After the two had been thrown out, back into fresh air, the two went back to the place where Allardini had left his sword and bow so he could collect them once again. They made a quick escape from the town so neither would be caught again.
The walk to the nearby town was refreshing,
‘Better then any old stuffed-up palace I have to say.’ Shaneo spoke gently, enjoying the cool breeze,
‘I’ll have to agree with you there mate.’ Allardini agreed.
‘What’s the next town we’re going to called?’ Shaneo asked, sounding more serious.
‘I don’t know, but let’s just enjoy the walk.’
The open plain was fresh, bright and full of sounds of nature.
‘Reminds me of home.’ Shaneo said in his gentle voice again.
‘I think this is the town we need.’ Allardini said, pointing to a town in the North.
They entered the town, much quieter then the last. Less people were walking around.
‘Where would Lord Badger be?’ asked Shaneo.
‘Ask one of the townspeople.’ Allardini replied looking in one direction.
‘Excuse me, do you know about a Lord Badger and where he lives?’ Shaneo asked a relatively old woman. She pointed in one direction and said,
‘Lord Badger lives in that simple house, he hardly speaks to anyone from out of town. Good luck.’
‘Thanks.’ Shaneo said and walked off with Allardini.
They came to a house that looked like the others, but a bit different. They entered the house and saw a young man of about 15 or so sitting by his fire.
‘Hello, Lord Badger, I am Shaneo and this is my friend, Allardini. We’ve come to see you because your life is in danger sir,’ Shaneo said.
‘And we need help, you’re an important part for what we need to do.’ Allardini added.
Lord Badger turned his head and said,
‘Oh my life is in danger eh? What do I need to do to help you?’
‘You have some special powers, and so do I, if we combine them with two other people then we can destroy whatever wants to kill us all, and destroy our homeland.’
‘You are right, I do have powers, but I never knew that there were others with my power.’
‘Not exactly the same power, our powers are based on the elemental power our ancestors, the 4 priests that confined the dark King inside a crystal.’
‘Interesting, O.K, I’ll join you two, count yourselves lucky that I have spoken to you, I’ve been bothered recently, about 6 years or so.’
‘Good, thank you, I know we can defeat them together.’ Shaneo sounded joyful.
‘You better gather your weapons and most precious belongings, you might not come back for a long time. And keep your nose clean, we need a sensible person to get us out of trouble. No going near the palace in the neighbouring town until we’ve got the other two. Beware of ˝ pint and his giant Swiss cheese, he’s after you and Shaneo because of your powers, lucky me has no powers so I’m here for decoration.’ Allardini said to Lord Badger.
‘You two look tired anyway, you should rest before we leave.’ Lord Badger sounded concerned.
‘I’m knackered, I’m not so sure about Allardini, he fell asleep in the castle. Where do we go for a rest then?’ Shaneo laughed quietly to himself.
‘You can stay here for the night.’ Lord Badger pointed at the two beds in the corner. Shaneo and Allardini fell asleep immediately.
Next morning, they left after Allardini woke up. Walking out of town and off down the path until,
‘Stop there you three, I need to kill you.’
They all turned around and saw ˝ pint with his giant Swiss cheese….

‘Just shut up.’ Allardini said in a tired, aggravated voice, ‘I’ve had enough of you for one day, why do you have to be so goddamn cocky, just listen to princess Mystique,’
‘Did you just say the name ‘Shaneo’?’ Mystique said in a surprised voice.
‘Oh god, don’t tell me that you know this burden.’
‘I don’t, well, not exactly. I’ve been taught about the prophecy of light that is meant to come true at this age.’
Shaneo looked up and said ‘Iguana the goddess of the forest didn’t tell me much about the prophecy, could you tell me a bit more about it please?’
‘Now I can have a rest.’ Allardini said, sounding like he was about to fall asleep.
‘I may as well tell you seeming that Allardini is falling asleep,
Years ago, in a time of darkness, the evil-minded king, Stryke (sorry), who had caused many decades of sorrow and despair, gained new powers. These powers were so dangerous they could destroy the earth and all inhabitants. The 4 priests from each surviving village and towns gathered to destroy the king with their own powers. Each priest had an elemental power, fire, water, earth and air. They gathered at King Stryke’s castle and surrounded it, trapping him inside. Then, they summoned their powers and trapped him inside a crystal, the crystal that all matter depends on, if this crystal’s power is unleashed then all life will be destroyed.
The prophecy tells of two powerful beings that attempt to release the crystal’s power for their use. It also tells of the descendants of these 4 priests, Shaneo, holder of the earth’s power, Lord Badger, holder of the flying power, Toni Cabbarini, the holder of the burning power and Little Hedgehog, holder of the flowing power. 4 will gather, 4 will fight, 4 will win. That is what the prophecy says.
And now, the prophecy is coming true, but, the prophecy didn’t mention that…Homerus Beerus Solidus and Edgy both being inhuman. This is going to be a dreadful time, for all of us.
That’s all I can tell you about the prophecy, use this to your advantage, find the other three. Lord Badger is the nearest, he lives in a nearby village.’
At this point, Allardini was in a deep sleep and Shaneo had to shake him like a maniac. Shaneo thanked Mystique and the two wanderers left. Then they realised that they’d have to get out of the castle quickly, to stop ˝ pint from getting to Lord Badger to kill him.
‘Ummm, we need to get out of the castle quickly, what should we do?’ Allardini asked Shaneo, Shaneo thought for a while and then ran to the nearest group of guards shouting unmentionable insults at them, Allardini soon realised what Shaneo was doing and joined in.
‘Get those two and throw them out of the castle, such language, and Allardini was banished from the castle.’
The guards grabbed them and led them through the castle. They passed the sewing room again, this time it was full of girls their age. The girls laughed as soon as they saw the big smirks on Allardini’s and Shaneo’s faces.
‘So they were the ones shouting all that stuff, oh well, boys will be boys.’ One of the girls said and all the others laughed.
‘Well done, you managed to get back in again Allardini, only to be thrown out again.’ Another one shouted.
After the two had been thrown out, back into fresh air, the two went back to the place where Allardini had left his sword and bow so he could collect them once again. They made a quick escape from the town so neither would be caught again.
The walk to the nearby town was refreshing,
‘Better then any old stuffed-up palace I have to say.’ Shaneo spoke gently, enjoying the cool breeze,
‘I’ll have to agree with you there mate.’ Allardini agreed.
‘What’s the next town we’re going to called?’ Shaneo asked, sounding more serious.
‘I don’t know, but let’s just enjoy the walk.’
The open plain was fresh, bright and full of sounds of nature.
‘Reminds me of home.’ Shaneo said in his gentle voice again.
‘I think this is the town we need.’ Allardini said, pointing to a town in the North.
They entered the town, much quieter then the last. Less people were walking around.
‘Where would Lord Badger be?’ asked Shaneo.
‘Ask one of the townspeople.’ Allardini replied looking in one direction.
‘Excuse me, do you know about a Lord Badger and where he lives?’ Shaneo asked a relatively old woman. She pointed in one direction and said,
‘Lord Badger lives in that simple house, he hardly speaks to anyone from out of town. Good luck.’
‘Thanks.’ Shaneo said and walked off with Allardini.
They came to a house that looked like the others, but a bit different. They entered the house and saw a young man of about 15 or so sitting by his fire.
‘Hello, Lord Badger, I am Shaneo and this is my friend, Allardini. We’ve come to see you because your life is in danger sir,’ Shaneo said.
‘And we need help, you’re an important part for what we need to do.’ Allardini added.
Lord Badger turned his head and said,
‘Oh my life is in danger eh? What do I need to do to help you?’
‘You have some special powers, and so do I, if we combine them with two other people then we can destroy whatever wants to kill us all, and destroy our homeland.’
‘You are right, I do have powers, but I never knew that there were others with my power.’
‘Not exactly the same power, our powers are based on the elemental power our ancestors, the 4 priests that confined the dark King inside a crystal.’
‘Interesting, O.K, I’ll join you two, count yourselves lucky that I have spoken to you, I’ve been bothered recently, about 6 years or so.’
‘Good, thank you, I know we can defeat them together.’ Shaneo sounded joyful.
‘You better gather your weapons and most precious belongings, you might not come back for a long time. And keep your nose clean, we need a sensible person to get us out of trouble. No going near the palace in the neighbouring town until we’ve got the other two. Beware of ˝ pint and his giant Swiss cheese, he’s after you and Shaneo because of your powers, lucky me has no powers so I’m here for decoration.’ Allardini said to Lord Badger.
‘You two look tired anyway, you should rest before we leave.’ Lord Badger sounded concerned.
‘I’m knackered, I’m not so sure about Allardini, he fell asleep in the castle. Where do we go for a rest then?’ Shaneo laughed quietly to himself.
‘You can stay here for the night.’ Lord Badger pointed at the two beds in the corner. Shaneo and Allardini fell asleep immediately.
Next morning, they left after Allardini woke up. Walking out of town and off down the path until,
‘Stop there you three, I need to kill you.’
They all turned around and saw ˝ pint with his giant Swiss cheese….
