Finally... its the day I can start Metal Gear Solid 2. I go home tonight, and whilst obviously it won`t be the first thing I do, I have to admit that playing Metal Gear Solid 2 ranks fairly highly in my list of things for the night.
Somehow, I`ve managed to avoid all MGS2 spoilers, and really have no idea what the story is going to be about. I`m looking forward to playing the game without any prior knowledge of the story.
So, after weeks of doing coursework here, rather than using MGS2 at home, its time to start! Today is a good day to play.

yeh it certainly is amazing. I had a go on the one of my PS 1 games MGS Integral and you can certainly notice the difference of graphics, sound and playability.

I can not believe how good this game is. I absolutely love it. Its possibly taken the crown from GT3 in my opinion!

1st time round took me 9 hours, 2nd time round(collecting all the dogtags) took me 4 hours, 3rd time round (collecting all the dogtags) took me 3 hours and only 2 saves and only killed 2 people (i think they were bosses though)
so theoretically if i skipped all the cutscenes and didn't bother with the dogtags i reckon i could get it completed in 2 hours.

Hope you enjoy it. Doesnt seem to last long though...Completed it in 6 hours second round time. Altthough I did spend 20 hours on it first time round...mainly due to me messing about with guards...
Yay!!! I`ve finally played it! I`m not gonna start posting yet more MGS2 topics as I`m sure you`ve all had enough, so I`ll try and keep all my outbursts in here. So far, all I`ve done is the bit that was on the demo - and its even better than before, which is saying something.
I can`t wait to get onto the new bits! Its times like this that I love being alive. I`m home, with my family, with four weeks off for Easter, and the game which I would consider to be the best ever.
