the ps2 is for sheep

The Gamecube is slightly too colourful in my opinion, games like Mario sunshine and pitman won't appeal to others than Nintendo’s current fanbase, they need to get out and advertise more of there Adult games

-------------------------------
Got all that down? Yes? Excellent! now for explanations on the workings on the forums.

'JAT' - Just Arrived Today.

This is your starting position. It is best not to post anything yet, and wait till you're a 'Newbie' before you post a topic. It is vital you try to use good grammar and spelling as a JAT, because people tend to consider JATs who are poor spellers as on par to vermin.

'Newbie'

Many campaigns have been started to change the name of this detrimental title, but so far they have been to nought. After twenty four hours, your name will deepen in it's redness. this will give you the ability to relax slightly on the spelling, but capital letters and good grammar (I.E what you write must make sense) are still important. Regulars will still make it hard for you to gain their recognition, because a lot of them (I.E Boss_Pac_Man) think that because they have been on the forums for 21 days and posted a lot, they are better than you. They don't all have this view thankfully.

'Regular'

The infringement of blue into your name will signify that you have become a regular after 21 days and by posting 300 or more messages totalling 10,000 or more words. This does not exclude you Completely for your spelling, but gives you a much greater leeway. Bad grammar is unacceptable still. as a regular, you will be given far less flak for posting under-standard topics, but don't let your standard slip just because of this.

'Notable'

These people have the yellow, often referred to as 'Pee-coloured', are the Notable's of the forums. Most are funny, laid back posters, who can get away with posting stuff that a JAT would be banned for because 'it's funny' and their name is yellow. When the notable elections come round, the forums will be worse for it. Don't get involved in any of the 'Vote For me' threads, nor would I advise you to make any yourself. Campaigners almost never win the elections.

Staff Regulars/Staff Newbies

Yes, that’s right, the Staff can be Newbies too! These members have the power to delete posts, and ban members. I wouldn't advise you to try and be smart with them, either.

User banned

When someone has pushed the limit, their posts, if not deleted, will be grey in colour, and their tagline will bear: USER BANNED. this is the worse position you can get. don't let your self slip there.

--------------------------------
Choosing your Name/Tagline is important. Don't try to use Obscure symbols from your keyboard, simply typing your name, your nickname, or a pun on your name is a good bet. As for tagline, *insert tagline* is not too controversial, but a witty comment that fits twenty characters including spaces is fine. if you have room, a (tm) or (r) is a good idea.
--------------------------------
Web Abbreviations.
those such as LOL or ROFLMAO are good ways of expressing appreciation, but it is advised you do-not over use them.

:) - simple smiley.

;) - winking smiley: Incurs what was said is a joke.

:D - Laughing Smiley.

LOL - Laugh_Out_Loud. a good way of expressing appreciation of humour used.

ROFLMAO - Rolling_On_Floor_Laughing_My_As$_Off. Basically a stronger version of LOL.
------------------------
That, Newbies and JAT-ellmen, is the forums in a nutshell. Heed my word's of warning, for hey will allow you to conquer the greatest of barriers.

Or something.

You said "like Mario sunshine and pitman won't appeal to others than Nintendo’s current fanbase"

Whats "pitman"? A cross between hitman and pikmin?

That is something I'd like to see!

Great post tho!

Yeah, Dictionary. Hilarious. You realise that no JAT or newbie is intelligent enough to read any of this.
