This is more of a confession than anything. Something i need to get of my chest.

About four or five years ago, i was with three of my mates and we wanted to go and see a film. We walked up to the hatch and we soon had a decision to make.

We could either pay the £4.50 (as it was then) to go and see 'Seven' or 'Showgirls'.

A tough decision as i am sure you would agree.

Being four teenagers do we go and see a dark, deep film. Well writen. Fantastic acting, a film that would stimulate our blossoming minds. Or should we go and see Showgirls.

To cut a long story short, and after countless seconds of discusion we decided upon....... Showgirls.

I can hear the cries of derision now.

It was without a doubt the worst film that i have ever seen and if it wasn't for the fact that the film was full of scantily clad fit young women i think that i would have felt rather cheated. I think it was the kind of film that was made for a video release, or channel five.

Anyway this leads me to my point. What is the worst film that you have either seen or payed good money to go and see.

By the way. I wanted to go and see 'Seven' but was outvoted.

*nose grows*

Ooops, I enjoyed Wild Things.
This *is* the one with the Neve Campbell/Denise Richards menage a trois non?
But I wasn't happy about seeing Kevin's Bacon Bits (again)

And so many endings.
And boobs.

Wild Things was the second worst film I have ever seen as I once incredulousy described a film as being 'even worse than Wild Things!' but I can't remember what that was about.

But Wild Things deserves a mention as one of the most ludicrous pieces of trash I've ever sat through. I did finish watching it though. The only film I've ever walked out on was Emma.

Really?
See, now this is just me here, but if you chucked a couple of monkeys into that film, then it would be one of the greatest ever.

"Screamers"

A sci-fi thing with Peter "I was Robocop" Weller and bits of every other sci-fi film ever made.
Even the staff asked us if we were sure when we asked.
Just the 4 of us in there.
1 mate, after 40 mins, stood up and said "I'm going for a crap" and I sat outside smoking.
The other mate fell asleep and the 4th spent 40 mins tying his shoelaces together and wiping boogers in his hair.

Worst film ever.

Lose lose situation.

Agreed. 'Pearl Harbour' was terrible. How Hollywood can create a love story out of just about any situation is beyond me. Just watch 'enemy at the gates'. The couple actualy have sex, and then go and shoot people.

The Fast and the Furious. Some American told me this was good and, because I'd been away, I had no idea that she was lying. God, it was really bloody awful. No plot, bad acting, unlikeable characters and rubbish acting.

Seven???

A.I. was the only time that I felt like walking out of the cinema. I swear that overblown ending was physicaly painful.

I went to watch 'Down To Earth' - pants, only saw it because I was outvoted. But then, I did want to go and watch Pearl Harbor...

Lose lose situation.
