Perhaps this is only my imagination, but there does not seem to be the same amount of enthusiasm or people in arcades these days. Hopefully we won't see them dissapearing all together. I think they should change the way in which the arcades are built. Instead of dark, dingy places, they should have light, open ones which are more welcoming to the public, a bit like Segaworld in London but on a smaller scale. The resergence in seaside arcades would be lovely to see and since there is less of an age restriction to sea side arcades they would be better suited to the family approach.
