today my telephone line is converted to ADSL..and i for one cant wait for the broadband adapter to be released , and from what i can gather from the UKs leading ADSL forums thousands of other people are signing to ADSL aswell..

If Sony manage to create a user-friendly service that is capable of handling many users at once, I do believe they can make it work. Considering the reputation of Sony, I believe they can provide us with some top quality games which will support the online feature. The service must avoid lagging at all costs and hopefully the broadband connection will prevent that from happening.
Although I do not believe many of us will decide to purchase the Linux kit until there are some truly great games that support online gaming, I do think it will take off in a years time or so. I am also sure that there are going to be loads of PS2 online games confirmed at E3 this May, so we should listen out for any announcements made about the matter
