Help us out here please.

Tell us if you are experiencing problems with our news service. There have been several reports of people receiving multiple copies. We have been working very hard to try to eradicate such problems.

Many thanks.

I received the mag through the post but I am not a member. I bought a game about 6 months ago and got the one month trial thingy. I got one mag with the game and now I have another.

I haven't received any multiple copies recently, but you do have a tendency to mail them to every e-mail address someone creates on a domain.

I have one domain hosted with you, and when I initially set up four mailboxes, every one of them got a copy of the messages, until I went through and unsubscribed them.

cjh - Tony is referring to problems with receiving e mails again and again which is what happened to me this week. The bulletein from w/c 21.10.02 was sent to me six times this week. obviously this is a server error as I had had it two weeks ago and have received mailings since then.

Thats probably people who use Freeola as their ISP or for their E-mail. Whenever you add a new E-mail address to your Freeola account, the new address is automaticly added the news bulletin mailing list, which can be a pain if you forget this.

Simple answer, when someone creates a new E-mail account, ask them if they wish to be added to the mailing list rather than automaticly do so :o).

I used to get 10 or 11 copies of the bulletins at a time until I found out it was because there was one for every address on my Freeola account.

Yeah, I seem to be receiving them in a very random order.

I know its random as I always check and read the news reports and I seem to get them at least a week late in the emails?
