okay the first day the official modem came out i bought it and it was great but after a little bit i notice that i could no longer reset my PS2 what is the dealk with this?
what i guessed is that the install upgraded my operating system or something. or is it only when the modem is on ?
ANY IDEAS? comments?

Well, I doibt anyone here can answer that question unless they are from America or Japan or have one of those county's PS2s. Have you actually tried taking then Modem off and then trying to reset?
Maybe you should before you ask what's going on : )
