Cramped, Snake peered out of the locker onto the empty corridor. Left, then right, then left again. But all was silent. Slowly and lightly he started to open the door, but unexpectedly a soldier stepped in front as Snake quickly lent back against the locker. Stretching, the soldier took his hands from his gun, this was Snakes chance. The soldier yawned and closed his eyes in front of the door…

*wham!*

Snake shot the door open knocking the guard from his feet smashing his face against the wall…all went dark for him. The guard awoke to find himself inside the locker, shocked and with a grinding headache. Smashing the door open once again he aimed his good, turning sharply looking for the one that had cause the grievance, but to no avail. The corridor was empty.

Turning around he looked at the floor, checked himself and his gun and sighed as he went for his radio…

*freeze!*

The cold, blunt gun pressed to his head as he stood there, nervous but calm.

*turn around…slowly*

As he did, his eyes widened as his body began to shake, but he tried to hide it. Snake stared at him, straight into his eyes as he did back. Not a thought between them, it was as though time had stopped for them alone, waiting for the timely onesided battle to be won.

*are you going to shoot me?*

*go on, shoot me!*

Snake smiled as he cocked his gun, aiming it at the soldier’s head, into his mouth and up to his eyes, there eye line never fixated anywhere else. Swiftly Snake aimed for the soldiers arm...

*Bang!*

*ARggghhh!*

*Please don’t shoot...here...take this!*

He bent down and took off his dog tag, rising back up, Snake had gone. Turning quickly around looking everywhere he could not be found, like a ghost, he had vanished. The shocked soldier grabbed his radio and called for back up while searching all the lockers.

The attack team arrived, 4 soldiers complete with shields.

*where is he?*

*no idea, he just vanished, I think he thumped me on the back...stabbed me or something...its starting to hurt*

*Lets take a look*

The soldier turned around once again as the 4 soldiers took a look, lifting up his coat.

*my god! its C Fou...*

*BOOM!!*

Taking the stealth off, Snake stepped out of the locker, snidely smiling, exiting the corridor with all the clips he could find.

Hmm, i need some inspiration from the game first before i can write another. I have an idea in mind but felt that it would be too short to get any description in.

Anyway, there maybe one up tonight depending if i get my work done, if not, tommorow.

I love looking forward to these, at least you are guaranteed a good read every week other than pointless topics.

Good stuff Dame, but a tiny bit TOO similar to your first one...You used some nice descriptive syntax in there and some of the linguistic characteristics of your text are very impressive.

It would be nice to see more adjectives of course, but I guess you cant have everything :)
