Okay, so this is just to even up the amount life topics in here, I typed this poem ages ago, and I just wondered if its as bad as I think it is. I'm honestly not expecting anyone to say its evern remotely good (and this isn't a reverse psychology thing either !) but I'm just interested, okay ?
Here In The Darkness
Here, in the darkness of the morning,
I cannot forget.
It’s like I’m mourning,
Filled with regret.
I miss you,
And nothing I can do,
Will bring you back, no,
I’m missing you, wanting you
Why did I never say goodbye ?
You never knew what I felt for you,
I’m missing you, never getting to say “hi”,
If there was anything I could do....
I miss you,
And nothing I can do
Will find you,
I want you.
Tears fill my eyes,
Emotions hidden inside
Begin to rise,
It’s like I’ve died.
I miss you,
And nothing I can do
Can help you,
I wish I could hold you,
My dreams are filled with the memory
Of the last time we spent together,
If only I had.......
I have lost you, Forever ?

Well it's tragic and a bit melancholic.
It's okay.
I wouldn't say it reduced me to tears or anything.
Put it to the right melody, you'd have a nice weepy ballad.
Get Elton John to sing it and you'd have a Number One hit.
You'd make a cornucopia of hard cash and be able to buy a big house and flash car, and whoever the poem is about will come knocking at your door, and you'll live happily ever after....
