After reading NGC's review I was a little concerned about what I'd chosen as a prize. But really, it's not all that bad!
But in saying that, it also isn't Burnout.
It may not be quite as fast as A<
But graphics aren't everything in games today... However, I find the steering to be too sensitive and a little... "sluggish" and slow when you brake and try to turn those sharp-corners.
It's not quite as bad as they say it is in NGC, but it is dissapointing in some areas. If you loved Burnout, and you're looking for something else that offers the same kind of thrills and spills, then this is your game.
But if you don't like bad frame-rates then stay-clear!
Good game - not perfect, not Burnout.
Got any other questions? Just ask.
Did you like Burnout?
Think of that with poorer graphics, a bad frame-rate, and American Cops on your tail with the abbillity to call-up assistance in the form of helicopters, back-up, and road-blocks or spike strpis up-ahead.
All that while racing-away towards 1st place in some top, fully-liscensed cars like... Porsches, Jags, Lamborghinis, Fords, and more...
Brilliat game.
But while the steering is a little "iffy" it's not too challenging a game for you to complete at-least half of it within only a few days.
It's worth it though.
