"MGS2: been there, done that, the T-shirt was too expensive"

How many of you have completed MGS2, I know I and some of my friends have. I find it a bit dissapointing that the best game ever which took like 3 years to make took me 6 days to complete. 4 days really cos I didn't play the first 2. Although, I must say the replay value is high and it's possibly one of the best story lines ever. Wonder if anyone has done it on European Extreme yet? Also, if any of you could be bothered to watch all the credits that you can't skip, at the end is a little video and Otacon and Snake start talking. Otacon says: bla bla bla, the 10 patriots or was it 12..... nev mind, he says the 12 patriots were killed 10 years ago. Then Snake just says WHAT!!!!! and it finishes.

By the way, anyone know how many dog tags you need to collect to be able to use the stealth suit on the tanker episode?

And has anyone got a shaver? In the PSM2 review it said you could get a shaver which was needed to get another item shown on the page. The thing is, I had all the other items shown on the page and I never had a shaver. Strange.

It tells you your rank? I knew you could compare yourself with other people on individual settings (like rations used and men killed) but I didn't know you could get a rank overall.

It took me 15:16.
If you enter the code at the end of the game into the website, it tells you how good you are out of all the people in the country, my friend is 19th.

I'm at the bit where you have to take out all the rays (near the end I presume). The clock's at 12 hours 30 mins at the mo. By the way, do you have to destroy ALL the rays that you can see in the background?? That'll take ages!!

i did it in 12 hours spread over my first two day of ownership. superb game, i've hardly been off it, trying to find all those stinkin' dogtags.

I completed it in 3 hours and 33 minutes today!

It is possible to complete in 10hrs.

ok. I have just been talking to someone on MSN who will remain anonimous. He thinks Counter Strike is way better than MGS2 that is rubbish. Heres the convo. Please back me up on this. MGS2 is not rubbish.

It's really really bad. The FPS view is jerky and hard to control.

I really dislike it. Sorry fools.

But, on the plus side, I can sell it to a mate for 30 of your English quids and then buy two DVDs.
