i'm making some banners and wallpapers, just wondering how i could make this effect myself, can someone tell me? I can't find a tutorial for it. :)
well, it's hardly amazing, but it looks ok, used the motion blur in the end, first time it ever worked, tis a good tool.

Not sure exactly, but i should imagine you can get that sort of effect if you play around with the 'Gradient Tool' - draw on the lines and then play around with the settings, and where you use it - so long as you set the layer to 'preserve transparancy' it should be ok.
That's probably wrong, but it's one way of doing it..
