You git. I played it round my mates for a few hours. Oh, and Ben, I got an AR2 today. Here's my story though:
I found an Action Replay 2 for £12.50 in my local SR shop. I bought it and when I got home, I discovered to my horror that the memory card needed to operate the AR2 was not there. So, I took it back only to find out that the staff knew that the memory card was missing but "thought it would work with any memory card". Pish.
Anyway, I got my money back and decided to buy a brand new AR2 and asked if they would knock a few quid off, as it was there fault for the petrol money wasted there and back. The guy came out with some cack about how he isn't authorised to that, so I took down his name and am probably going to get into contact with head office.
Kinda niggled me how stupid some people can be. What made me crack up was what he said after:
"I guess it was 50% because the memory card was missing."
What an idiot. You don't sell incomplete goods for christ's sake. Gah, that's the first time I've ever been peeved at SR. Hopefully it won't happen again...
