How about a game, that transcends all genres?
At the beginning of the game, you'd have to choose between a buxom young blonde starlet or a tall, muscular male leading star.
Section 1:
Would be a 3D-platformer, moving through an abandoned post-nuclear city, where the hero or heroine would transgress all sorts of trials and tribulations... Ending up in...
Section 2:
Where the hero or heroine would find a car, steal it and try to escape the other drivers on level 2, thus making this level a driving game. The level would end in a crash, throwing the hero (or heroine) through the air, and landing in...
Section 3:
Where he (or she) would be surrounded by gang members who attack one at a time, turning the game into a beat'em'up. Once all gang members were dead, the hero (or heroine) would run into the underground tunnels, that make up...
Section 4:
Move into first-person-perspective, give the hero (or heroine) a huge gun, and make him (or her) blast all aggressors to bits...
And the game could go on.. and on.. and on... through all genres of computer gaming...
Now, that would be a game that appealed to almost everyone...
All section would be separate games, but joined together but the story...
