it would yea sadly it wont happen as it will be critized and called by other consoles fanboys.

Why dont some other game developer see the popularity of GTA and bring out something which is the same, but better - and put it on the xbox- i know these things take ages but wouldnt that be great!!

Yeah it'd be nice to have GTA on X-Box, but until that deal runs out in 2004, its not going to be happening so its a case of just enjoying the games we are getting. :-)

As Mantis said, strange things can happen in this industry. ;-)

Ohh come on people, Vice City is very good, but I was disapointed by it. Nothin we hadn't seen or played before, just a case of if it ain't broke...

and more weapons, new city a few minor improvemnets etc. Nothin ground breaking.

Xbox could really take the series to a new level but remember, people laughed when talk of the rare deal surficed, the MEtal Gear on Xbox romours and now we find Resi Evil WILL apear on PS2 again.

Things can happen in this industry.

It'll be at least 3/4 years until we see any GTA games on the Xbox. And even then, Sony might just make another contract with Rockstar for the next few years.

There might not even be an Xbox in 3/4 years aswell.

In conclusion: It ain't gonna happen.

Shame GTA is a PS2 exclusive, and Splinter Cell is multi-format...

I do, But Rockstar have Sony up their crack, so i wont be coming out for a while.
