Use stinger, watch for missiles, shoot at heads, then when one comes close hit it's leg then it's head.
Jump when low missiles come.

I think they range between 5 to 9, as Kid-R says - depending on the difficulty level your on

depends on what level of difficulty you have. normal mode is 5
