Monkey = Monkey (Duh)
Winkels= er Winkels.

I have no idea what Winkels means but I think it's rude..winkels..winky..maybe? I didn't pick it, I just typed in Monkey into the .tk name maker and that was in the list. It looked funny so I picked it.
Better than www.monkeyuk2002.tk no?

You might be thinking of Herr Wankels, the inventor of the rotary four-stroke engine used by Mazda.
