While playing a league season (exiting without playing any games to get the season over) I noticed that teams like Wolves and Liecester got promoted at the end of the season.

Is there any way I can unlock these teams and play with them in friendlies or league and cup games from the start?

Yes I should have, I made a mistake.

I hope the clear subject heading means people wont be too hurt or offended and I thank you for your speedy reply.

I also spelt Leicester wrong, just to save anyone elses time!
