While playing a league season (exiting without playing any games to get the season over) I noticed that teams like Wolves and Leicester got promoted at the end of the season.

Is there any way I can unlock these teams and play with them in friendlies or league and cup games from the start?

I also noticed this, but I have found no way to play with them in a friendly. Also does anybody know how to unlock the two hidden stadiums and what other unlockable content their is in this game.
