I'm trying to set up a cgi to post form data back to me, I'm using the form located at: http://www.worldwidemart.com/scripts/readme/formmail.shtml
but I can't get it to work, I am a bit confused about the pathways to the script from my html form on my website, all I am getting is a 404 error.
Any help would be greatly recieved.
Thanks,
Dano.

Ok, got it sorted, I had to specify the email address to send to as it did not like the blanket [email protected].
Thanks,
Dano.

Tried that, the support pages suggest setting it to 777 which had no effect so I tried your suggestion which still had no effect.

CHMOD 755 the CGI script. Your FTP program should have this function, unless you're using Internet Explorer, which isn't an FTP program.

You put the CGI script in the cgi-sh directory on your Freeola webspace. Then, the path is cgi-bin/whateveryourscriptiscalled.cgi (from the htdocs dir, naturally).
