I admint to not knowing what this file does.
It's called ".htaccess", with a dot in front, because .anything is a hidden file and can't be viewed.
I admit to not having a clue how they got a .htaccess in the webspace though, because the last time I did that I destroyed mine! Actually, I haven't a clue what could possible stop them from being usable, either...
So what required to make it work?
