I need to phone the customer service at SR to ask about exchanging a game I bought the other day...

Phones are crap and they won't understand what I'll say and they'll go in an essex accent:

" Sorry what was that? Speak up, come on "

And I'll tell them to fun off and it's just crap :D

I take the easy way out and don't use phone... and now its going to cost me £20 :D

I'm the same :/ I always have to write a script. I usually forget it though...

It could be worse.. you could be phoning BT
("Um.. I don't know what you are talking about. Would you mind if I put you through to someone else?" - "Er.. This would be the forth time in this phone call...")
Does anyone in BT know what they are doing? Or do they just pick up people from the homeless shelter and give them work in exchange for food?

I hate using the phone, i get all nervous and stuff. I usually have to make a little script of what iam going to say before phoning, so i can say a coherent sentence.
