Hi, I recently chose the VIP Hosting option and can't seem to upload my files through FTP.
I've tried using the manual MyFreeola Web FTP option to upload my files which didn't work, and I've tried using CuteFTP to upload my files, using server vip9.freeola.net
This was the response from CuteFTP:
STATUS:> [24/08/2013 16:44:07] Getting listing ""...
STATUS:> [24/08/2013 16:44:07] Resolving host name vip9.freeola.net...
STATUS:> [24/08/2013 16:44:07] Host name vip9.freeola.net resolved: ip = 193.0.158.9.
STATUS:> [24/08/2013 16:44:07] Connecting to FTP server... vip9.freeola.net:21 (ip = 193.0.158.9)...
ERROR:> [24/08/2013 16:44:28] The connection failed due to an error or timeout.
Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to try checking your user name and password are correctly entered, and it may also be worth you attempting to connect without any antivirus software or firewalls running just in case they are blocking your connection.
I tried your web space for you, which seems to be working fine. If you continue experiencing errors, you might want to open a support ticket, as we should be able to give a little more specific help if necessary.
