You can get a Logitech Wingman identical to the Dual Shock.
i have 850mhz processer 128 mb ram a very good graphics card and a very good sound card.
You could get your PC graphics to be as good or better than a PS2 but at a cost, quite a lot more than buying a PS2. You would need a fast processor, good graphics card, sound card, and a fair amount of fast RAM to get the performance up to that of a PS2.
SR used to do a PC controller that was identical to the PS1 controller, but in white and with colourful buttons. Haven't seen it in the catalogue for a while though, and I can't remember who made it.
If you've got a really decent PC the GTA 3 graphics should be better than PS2. Sony don't do PC controllers but you'll be able to get something similar from a 3rd party manufacturer.
