Just in case any Android users missed Google's recent launch of Android Device Manager...

Useful to have an official app for this - locating/ringing lost phone and the option to erase/factory reset a device remotely.

My Nexus 7 showed up immediately but it's taken a few days for my old HTC phone to be available in the web interface.

All seems to work well :¬)
