The demo for the game is released today, has anyone got it? i'm currently downloading it 90% done, just wondered if anyone had any impressions? i can't wait to play it, looks amazing, its a multiplayer only demo and the final version is due for release next year, there are apparently two maps on the demo as well, i'll post some impressions later!
it has missing a few tweaks to it. its stuck on 60 hz refresh rate! and reduce mouse lag = off...
well, think about it. first you create the map, and as soon as this is done, you can create a few spawn points and make a multiplayer game. For the single player, you have to take the map, put in a load of game triggers, characters, events, balance the level for different difficulty settings rarararararararararar etc etc etc.
I don't understand why all FPS demo's start with a multiplayer version then the single player version follows a few weeks later - can anyone explain why ?
multiplayer demos of FPS games are nothing short of gay...
Might go and download it soon, but I would have liked a single player demo, multiplayer demo's get boring far too quickly.
