For starters we were given Resident Evil exclusively, and since then we have actually had thrown at us a lot more games people would call 'adult'. Look at Die Hard, Medal of Honour, Timesplitters 2 and Eternal Darkness. ED probably being the most significant, seeing as it was published by Nintendo itself. There's also news of Hitman 2 coming to the GC, and its most likely there's a lot more to come.
If this snowball of 'mature' games sways more people to invest in a Gamecube, it's quite obvious that even more 3rd party developers will release their 'adult' games on the GC as well as the PS2 and X-Box, and - hopefully - at the same time. Is this the start of a more 'mature' Nintendo?

yes. That would be good
Cool.

Hopefully that'll be one thing an increased number of 'mature' GC users will cure, and the only way to do that is to have more 'mature' game on the 'Cube.
This will ultimately lead to some of the good 'mature' games to be released on the 'Cube, which wouldn't be otherwise.
