Playstation2 and Game Cube are the tow best consoles and can not be put against each other for simple reasons.

Gamecube has 4 controler ports, some of the best games and space for add ons.

Playstation2 has an expanshion bay, good games but makes it ballanced by playing DVDs.

i dont have any games or a gamecube but i have been round my frends house and he has got sonic luigis mansion and resi evil

I think Gamecube is better. more people have ps2's but most of them are retards. It only sells more cuz it has a dvd player. but most pc's have dvd players built in and obviously everyone here has a computer.
Gamecube has way more original games. and with metroid on the way i think more people will be buying da G'cube.
