Having just seen the footage of what she said during David Cameron's speech, anger is the only emotion that is conjured up. There is a rather poor capture of it here, which is also narrated, if for some reason you find concentrating for less than a minute difficult.

Basically what happened was it was the first major speech on immigration from the tory leader, where Mr Cameron was outlining the action a Conservative government would take.

"As we have seen, some of the increase in population size results from natural change - birth rates, death rates. Here our policy should be obvious."

At this point, Etchingham was clearly heard to say; "Extermination."

At first it seems she is making fun of David, but why? It's well known that the opposition in politics go for contentious topics, to win new voters, and hopefully trip up the ruling party in the process. So it is more likely that she is actually commenting on the issue, that being immigration. Therefore an experienced news reader, who is about to present the news at ten with Sir Trevor Mcdonald, is making insincere comments on live television.

You normally get amnesty international banging on about racism whenever the I word is mentioned, but for a professional like Julie to refer to the topic in such a way, is just shameful. She's Cambridge educated and the fact a so called professional feels at liberty to comment on an issue that is clearly over her head, is potentially libellous, and surely would have been if it was more directed.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Very pleased
Very pleased with the help given by your staff. They explained technical details in an easy way and were patient when providing information to a non expert like me.
