To further prove the point that this is not just a upgrade of last years Gta3, you can now buy places like Nightclubs, stripclubs, taxi ranks, boatyards and Car body shops. This allows you to create your own empire rather than being a hired no-mark, you also have to collect your spoils everyday, it adds a whole new dimension to the game and plays like a 3d sim.
