Hands up who's heard of this game. Right, who knew it was out this Friday? (22nd November). It's totally bizarre how this game has received no publicity in the press whatsoever, it's only being discussed on the internet! What's stranger is that it looks absolutely cracking from the video files I've seen (nabbed from a german site) and going by the developers claims it's a contender for the best PS2 F1 game yet!

The game is developed by Melbourne House (do you remember Yi-ar Kung Fu ?)
But there is nothing on the official Melbourne House website ?!?
The game is coded by the same people as Men in Black 2 & Le Mans 24 hrs.
Apart from that they have about 9 screenshots.

I got a mailshot from Game in the post this morning, prehaps they are the only UK stockist ??

I saw the preview copies in Game today, so it's definitely going to be out tomorrow. I have found an italian review which states (when translated badly) this is the first console version of Geoff Crammonds Grand Prix PC games.
Hmmm....well seeing as there's no publicity then methinks this could be the reason that the shops wont be stocking it.
Try posting in the SR Site bugs forum and see if any of the staff answer, or find one of the email addresses as in snuggly and give them a shout.

I've confirmed with a shop that it was on their list of releases, but they didn't order any due to the lack of publicity (i.e. they don't expect it to sell). It's also on the Playstation website under the "also released this month" column... no other info given.
