At the end of the "Tanker" chapter upon veiwing the cut-scene(s) I discovered some very interesting dialogue.
-Gulukavich has his hostage and Ocelot is infront of him-

OCELOT: I'm glad you noticed. I abondoned 'her' during the
Cold War.

It goes something like that.
