I think we should be getting the orange one a little later on though, i remember shigsy saying something to that effect on his european tour.

But EW, it's nasty looking. Well, that's what i think, and after getting a spice controller imported and seeing the color of the plastic under normal lighting conditions, i can confirm that it's just like the kind of girl you all too often pull - looks great in the club's bad lighting while you're drunk, but the next day, when you've sobered up, you realise what a mistake you've made : D

Yeah, i've also heard that the orange/yellow coloured GameCube will be coming here sometime in the near future, along with matching pads. I think it was in NGC??

And whatever happened to the many colours of the PS2???
Having a variety of colours for one console would give any gamer a wider variety to choose from, and could help them choose the Cube over X-box (unlikely though!).
Maybe Sony stopped it and thought it'd be too 'Ninty'??

Nintendo need to bring out the new colours of the GC pritty soon. The N64 only got a varied choice of colours about 2 years later, when everybody had already bought one. As for the PS2, SONY probably couldn't be *ssed to bring out different colours. Shame... :)

it's amazing isn't it ... weve got all these cool colours to choose from (well 2 at the moment) and most people still buy the black ones ... why ? because it is just the best and coolest colour for a console ! the purple one looks like a kid's toy , the orange one looks like a fruit , the panasonic one looks ace , and the black one looks cool.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
