But what about expansion?
The N64 had the ram expansion (i think it was RAM) also the 64DD which never really took off, Mega drive has the whole 32X thing going on and nintendo brung out NES to SNES to Gameboy converters.
Do you think we will ever see any expansions or add-ons to the new 'Next-Gen' Consoles?

But you never know, as technology increases at such a high rate, and many people still believe the Cube is nothing compared to the X-box and PS2.
The N64's expansion pack gave gamers bigger and better looking games, and also gave the machine a bit more life.
Maybe something like this should've been done to the Dreamcast, as it is next-gen.??
I think is a HD add-on for the PS2 that allows you to play FFX to it's full potential, and costs at least £100?
I think the only add-ons we're likely to see, if any, will be things that give the console more power and better graphics, but surely the consoles have already been designed so that they do not need this??

lol, ignore that, I'm mixing windows here on my PC (It should be in the hints section)
What I was going to say in this topic is the only expansions I can think of right now that the GameCube will have are the two modems....
